5. Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in AED unless otherwise stated and may be subject to VAT in accordance with UAE tax law.

6. No Refund Policy

Once a service has been commenced or delivered (either partially or fully), no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Clients are encouraged to review proposals and service agreements carefully before confirming the order.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property created during the project (e.g., source code, designs, documentation) remains the property of Red Orbit IT Solutions LLC until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed work may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Limitation of Liability
